UNITING WOLFHOUND BREEDERS AND OWNERS

The goal of this forum is to increase interactions between all people who care about Irish wolfhounds – their breeders and owners all over the world. In this way we will exchange and increase our knowledge, which will serve for the best of the breed.

Most importantly, we are united by this forum to provide one another help and support - and NOT to be judgmental.

Registration:
- Registration is required to write and read any posts at this forum
- To register you must provide correct personal information and valid e-mail address. Please indicate in your profile that you are interested in wolfhounds. All usernames linking to hompeages with pornography, cheap medicine and such will be removed. This is a site only for people who want to talk wolfhounds.
- As part of the registration process, please introduce yourself. Tells us who you are and why you joined this forum? How did you become interested in wolfhounds? Tell us about your wolfhound if you are a lucky owner of one. Of course we also welcome those who want to learn more about the breed before giving their hearts to own a wolfhound.

Moderators:
- Are here to serve the best of the whole forum and all the users, please appreciate their work. Of course moderators are also users and can actively participate in all discussions
- Have the right to: remove topics (for example if they are not concerning Irish wolfhounds), edit/moderate posts, move topics, block/close down topics, join topics or split topics that developed in away warranting such action.
- Moderators specific duties are: to insure all forum rules are followed, remove posts that are offending, vulgar or breaking the law, and inform the administrator about these.
- Moderators do not have to explain their actions to the users, and any complaint regarding moderation should be send directly to moderators and /or administrator. All post regarding such issues will be deleted.
- Moderators are not obliged to remove all posts of a person who wishes to leave the forum

Discussions And Personal Attacks:
It is paramount that we create a friendly and open environment, which will be conducive to asking questions and sharing information.
- We encourage lively discussion on any subject related to wolfhounds, but we will NOT tolerate attacks directed at any person (user or not), or any particular hound or club
- We request that everyone be tolerant, understanding and kind
- We request that everyone respect all other forum users
- Please remember this is an international forum, so it is important to respect everyone’s cultural diversity
- Think twice before sending an angry post
- Please read your post “in the eyes” of others to insure there will be no honest misunderstandings or unintentional insults, etc.
- If you get upset about a particular post please try to solve issue directly with the posting user or contact the moderators/administrator. Responding with yet another angry post will not solve anything and only create foul atmosphere – and will be strongly discouraged by the moderators.

Users’ Responsibilities:
- Every user should treat the others in a way that she/he would like to be treated. We should respect one another
- Posts are visible on the forum immediately without central control. This means statements are solely the responsibility of the particular user. Moderators and administrator are not responsible for these.
- Every user has a right to only one account at this forum. Registering / Logging in as several users is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the users list. There is a possibility of changing of a user’s forum nickname but only after agreement with the administrators.
- If you copy any text from any source you must consider copyrights and provide information about the source of information. Breaching of this rule will lead to a warning.
- It is prohibited to use text presented at this forum for any external purposes without permission of the authors. No content can be copied and presented at other fora, mailing lists, articles, books and so on. Likely, you are not allowed to cross-post information from other forum here unless you have permission of the text owner.
- It is absolutely prohibited to offend anyone, use vulgar language, act unlawfully, or insert commercial advertising. Anyone offending other users of this forum or other people will receive a warning stating that a repeated occurrence(s) will lead to removal of a user from the forum without possibility of joining in the future.
- By becoming a user you agree to never post material that is knowingly false, vulgar, obscene, hateful, attacking a particular person, hound or organization, threatening or illegal. This applies also to posted links. The moderators and administrator have a right to terminate an account at any time without providing public explanation. Breaking of the rules will typically lead to a warning. After a maximum three warnings the user will loose ability to write posts and after 6 the user will be banned form the forum.

General Information:
- Before you start a new topic please check carefully if it does not exist already
- It is possible to edit own text for up to 45 min after posting
- If you are not satisfied with the way forum is moderated please write a private message to the administrator and moderators
- If you have private questions to other forum members that do not directly concern wolfhound, please send them private messages.
- It is OK to insert pictures (for example via imageshack.us) but the pictures can not be larger than 800x600 pixels so all users can load subjects even if their internet connection is not very fast. Be sure you have a copyright for the posted pictures.
- We encourage all members to be active participants. Users who do not write any posts will be removed from forum after six months from first logon or last post.
